Think of it this way, would you expect to get a better deal by renting a single 3 person office suite by yourself or would we in renting 20 suites within a week?
Of course you can, however you will likely pay a higher price. Also instead of having a single point of contact for all locations, you will need to make multiple contacts to different landlords, real estate agents, and property managers separately, and on your own time.
There is no cost to you for our service! The landlords and property managers pay to advertise with us.

Generally the office is available to you anytime weekdays between 08:30h to 17:00h. Show up anytime with your laptop and briefcase or backpack and get down to work! You may not leave your belongings overnight.
How long can I work in a day office? Check-in 08:30-17:00h daily. You can stay until 08:00h the next morning, but you have no in and out access after the elevators lock at 17:00h.
What happens if I run out of days? Can I buy more days within the month? You can then reserve per normal, pay by hr or by day rate, each location has its own pricing.
What happens if I don’t use my days? Do they carry over to the next month? Days do not carry over, any time not used is forfeited.
What is the parking situation, do you have free parking? Parking is not guaranteed as we do not own any parking facilities. Many locations have free parking, many do not. You would need to do some research before hand to ensure you go to a location that has free or pay parking. You can ask your leasing agent for any location of specific interest.
Do any private day offices have windows? Yes all locations have variety of options.
No, you do not need to pay for the number of people you will have working in your office. The per person pricing is simply a method of estimating the cost of an office for the size you are looking for. For example, a private office suite with 4 desks might be listed as $401 per person per month ($401 x 4 = $1,604/month). But if you wanted to staff your suite with more or less people you’re welcome to do so.
All private offices start at around 100 sq can range up to 400+. Admin furniture placement is key, and we specialize in optimizing your needs based on your budget and wants. A good rule of thumb to follow if you need a “square foot” cross reference is 32 sq = 1 persons with a 4-foot desk, an executive Chair and guest chair. A 100 sq office is a “comfort” solution for 1 with options for larger furniture or “compact” solution for 2 to 3 people utilizing our smaller furniture inventory options.
