QQs: What is per person pricing?

What is per person pricing?

Do you really need to pay for each person that's working in your office? The answer would be no for your traditional office space where you have your set up however you want for your team; you're not paying for every single person in the office.

The per person pricing is just a simple estimate of what any certain office of a given size might cost. So instead of using a square foot model where you've got your cost per square foot, your TMI, and your extra cost, it's estimated figure. So for example, an office that will hold about four people, it'll be about $1,600 a month. Those are broken down as about 400 bucks per person when you're looking at it.
